The Missing Layer: PDPL, Cybersecurity & AI Compliance

Subject: Executive Briefing on Monday | The Missing Layer in PDPL, Cybersecurity & AI

Legal Tracks is hosting an executive briefing this upcoming Monday, offering a high-level overview of continuous monitoring as a governance capability across PDPL, cybersecurity, and AI in Saudi Arabia.

As supervisory expectations mature and regulatory guidance evolves, compliance risk increasingly arises from timing gaps rather than absence of documentation. Continuous monitoring is no longer a passive alert function. It is a structured process for detecting regulatory change, assessing impact, and triggering institutional response.

In this LinkedIn Live session, we will examine how PDPL, ECC-2 cybersecurity oversight, and emerging AI governance signals intersect in practice, and why monitoring must operate as governance intelligence within modern organizations.

The session will also mark the launch of our TMT, Digital Frontiers & Governance Practice, reinforcing Legal Tracks’ commitment to integrated, regulator-aligned advisory in the technology domain.
